It’s my favorite time of year when all things are in place. It’s the time when we can look back on our triumphs and it’s the time when we reconcile our losses and hardship. The Crimmus Jam, to me, has always been about togetherness and sharing. It’s a real high to feel all of the love of all of our friends and families under one roof. I am really thankful for all of my friends who have been with me through thick and very thin, The Crimmus Jam is my way of saying thanks and do some good for for others. Tell your friends and family that this year“All are invited”--even gramma.
I started the “Crimmus” Jam with some buddies in our home town of Rocky Mount, NC in 2004. The idea was to get all of our college friends under one roof and have a night where some guitar-slingers and I would play music at ‘em. It went so well the first two years that I decided to use its popularity for a good cause. With 200 attendees the first year, 150 the second, and 350 in the third, it has become a Rocky Mount institution. I hope to see you there this year! - Blake Tedder
